AID CLIMBING
Learn and put into practice the basic techniques for climbing, unequipped or semi equipped, rock climbing routes as lead climber in a safe and autonomous manner, using the specific self-protection and progression climbing materials.

- Requirements: You mustn’t have any kind of medical condition that could hinder your progress during the activity. You must possess the necessary sport climbing knowledge according to the content of the level II course (assessment of sports curriculum). Know the basic safety manoeuvrers in sport climbing: assurance and drop-offs. Regularly climb 5a/HVS (VIº) sports routes as lead climber.
